Once your order is placed, our team works quickly to prepare it for shipment.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is shipped.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Free Shipping may be offered during promotional periods or on qualifying orders — check banners or announcements on our website.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear while your package is in transit.

Incorrect Address / Change Request

If you entered an incorrect address, contact us within 6 hours of placing the order:

If your order has already shipped, we cannot modify the address. Lumera™ is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are determined by your local customs office and are not included in our pricing.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped and is in the carrier’s possession, Lumera™ is not responsible for:

• Delays caused by the carrier

• Lost or stolen packages marked as "delivered"

If your package appears lost, please contact the carrier first. If you need assistance after doing so, reach out to us and we’ll help where possible.
